Our Refund Policy
The following reasons are covered under our refund policy:
- Damaged items (unrelated to carrier)
- Missing items
To report any of the above issues, please contact Additionally, if you´re not satisfied with your Le Fournil for good reason, please contact [email protected] within seven days of receipt. We are happy to review your order and reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include the replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund. For canceled orders, please note that you can cancel at any time before your next order is billed. If you cancel after billing but before delivery, the cancellation request will only be processed for the next scheduled billing date.
The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:
- Incorrect shipping address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions
- Late delivery due to incorrect shipping address
- Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items or damage Please review your shipping address before ordering. Should your shipping address change, please update this address prior to the charge date via your customer account portal.
- If you would like to resend an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the guaranteed delivery date, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment within that week.
Our cancellation policy :
- Cancellation member Le Fournil program maximum 14 Days from renewal program date. We (“Le Fournil”) have the right to debit your credit/debit card for the purpose of extending payment membership “Le Fournil”.
- Failure to cancel your membership plan will result in direct debit of your credit/debit card. We (“Le Fournil”) are not responsible for any refund of membership cancellation failure.
